Cost Effective Online Job Advertising For Just £199
Advertising jobs across the largest job board network on the market
We help businesses of all sizes, from all corners of the UK advertise their job opportunities online. With the average job seeker looking at five job sites when looking for a new role, and 79% of people applying for jobs online, making sure you advertise your jobs in the right place online is crucial.
Perhaps you’ve tried advertising on sites like Indeed, Reed or Totaljobs before – all of which are major job boards in the UK, but which one is right for you and your vacancy?
Here at Get Staffed, we have created a simple job advertising package with the aim of getting your jobs as much exposure as possible to ensure the best candidates see it, all whilst reducing your recruitment costs at the same time.

How our job advertising works
Job advert optimisation
Getting your job advert right is more important than ever before. The first thing we do with all of our clients is to create an effective job advert that speaks to all candidates and is fully optimised for the job boards (job sites work a little bit like Google so we make sure the content navigates all algorithms and taxonomies). If your advert isn’t optimised, it won’t be found. If you want some more tips, we have written a blog specifically to help businesses write better job adverts which you can find here.
Market leading job exposure
Once the advert is drafted and you’re happy with what’s going out, we advertise on the largest network of generalist job boards in the UK as standard. This includes sites such as CV Library, Indeed, Reed, Totaljobs, Jobsite, Monster, Guardian Jobs, LinkedIn and hundreds of aggregator and social sites. We also partner the UK’s largest specialist sites for IT, Finance, Charity, HR and Education opportunities. To give you job advert the best possible chance of being successful, we are the first online recruiter to introduce a Diversity and Inclusion package. Not only does this mean your advert is being seen by even more active candidates, there are so many reasons you should be looking in to increasing the diversity within your workforce if you aren’t already - you can find out more about that here. Know another job site you’d like to advertise on? Let us know as it’s likely we are able to get you a better price than going direct!
Candidate management
We give all of our clients access to their very own Employer Account to review, manage and contact candidates making the process as simple for our clients as possible. We will agree the recruitment process with you before the job advert goes live meaning we can ask candidates to answer qualifying questions or a video screening question so you can quickly focus on the best and most suitable candidates!
Unlimited hires
Once you’ve reviewed, shortlisted and interviewed your best applications, the next step is the exciting bit of hiring them! With this being a job advertising service, we don’t charge a fee on placement like a traditional recruitment agency - what you pay for the advertising upfront is all you ever pay. Whether you take on one person, or twenty, the cost is the same. We once worked with a call centre in Kettering who filled their brand new office with over 40 agents from just two job adverts! This means they paid around £15 per candidate, around 1% off the fee they would have paid a traditional recruitment agency! I would recommend Get Staffed any day of the week. I've tried other systems and I have to say this has been the best one both in terms of value for money and results.
The results have been really good, everyone we've recruited through Get Staffed still works for us. That's the quality it's provided

Job Advertising FAQ's
We've compiled a list of answers to some common questions relating to our job advertising services.
How long will my advert be live for?
Job boards offer different advert lengths, most commonly either 4 or 6 weeks. We give you the full credit length depending on the board. Specific advert length is broken down on our pricing page here.
Can you help me write the job advert?
We make sure all adverts are fully optimised prior to them going live on the job sites – whether that be putting one together from scratch for you or just optimising one you already have.
Can I edit an advert once it's live?
We are able to change certain things once the advert is live. For instance we can amend the main body of the advert and the salary, but job boards don’t allow us to change the job title or location.
Can I use my own Applicant Tracking System?
Yes you can! If you have your own ATS or use another recruitment system we can send candidates directly from the job board straight to your job listing. We also have the ability to track application clicks and source so we can get good insights in to candidate activity and also manage candidate drop off.
Do employer-branded adverts get more applications?
Overall we see an 18% increase in applications when our clients use our branded package, however, this varies by brand, industry, and job type.
