Tried & Tested Flat Fee Recruitment
A targeted flat fee recruitment, service finding you the right candidates
Since 2012 Get Staffed have been helping businesses of all sizes find the best talent for their vacancies for one small fixed fee.
According to one of the UK’s largest job boards, and one of our job board partners, Monster, the average placement fee in the UK is £4,500! This means you could recruit for just over 9 vacancies via Get Staffed, for the same price as one traditional agency placement…
Not only could you fill 9 vacancies, you could fill them multiple times – similar to our job advertising services, our flat fee recruitment fee is for each campaign, meaning you can hire as many candidates as you want to at no additional cost – we don’t charge per hire.
Our fixed fee recruitment service is designed to not only get your vacancies seen by as many candidates as possible, we then use clever technology and candidate qualifying techniques to leave you with a shortlist of the most suitable candidates. This means you can quickly focus all of your attention on relevant candidates who are well suited to your opportunity, and business! No more trawling through piles of CV’s…
With access to behavioural profiling, psychometric and skills testing, qualifying questions and video screening, you can learn a lot more about someone as opposed to a CV and a quick sales pitch from a recruitment consultant.

How our flat fee recruitment works
Advertise
The first and most important part of any successful recruitment campaign is fully understanding the job opportunity, what sort of candidate you’re looking for and making sure we have an effective job advert to find your perfect candidates. We will make sure either your existing advert is updated and optimised or alternatively we will create one for you using a job description or as much information you have about the role.
If you’re looking for a sales person, yes we want them to be a superstar as much as you do, but advertising the role like this – Sales Superstar Required – simply isn’t going to work. Trust us… we’ve seen it. We make sure adverts are clear, to the point, jargon free, fully searchable and ready to convert when a good candidate finds it.
Only then will we advertise it across our market leading job board network putting your job in front of over 30 million active candidates.
Approach
One of the key differences between our flat fee recruitment option and our job advertising service is how we target passive candidates. Putting your job adverts in front of active candidates is the best way to quickly get applications, but there is a big market of candidates who aren’t actively using these sites.
We use tools like LinkedIn and major CV databases to search and approach only the most relevant candidates. Whether you’re looking for a specific qualification, perhaps you want someone with knowledge of a particular program or even a candidate who has worked for a certain company – we can find them.
Once we find a list of potentially suitable candidates, we will contact them to make them aware of your opportunity and encourage them to apply.
Applications
As with all of our services, our own Applicant Tracking System is one of the main benefits. We offer all of our clients their very own Employer Account meaning they instantly have their own recruitment system – one place to view, score, manage and even contact applications.
With candidate applications becoming easier and quicker than ever before – responding to them as quickly as you can is equally as important. The quicker you can engage with a candidate, the more chance you have of hiring them. If you are sitting on their application for four or five days, someone else won’t be.
Shortlist
With our ever evolving recruitment system, we are constantly adding tools/features to try and make this part of your recruitment process as simple as possible – plus you can pick and choose as many or as few as you want depending on what is important to you…
Video screening – do you traditionally hold a very quick telephone interview as your first stage to see how they sound and come across? Why not ask your candidates to answer a question or two in a short video so you can make a call simply by watching a 60 second video.
Behavioural profiling – quickly see if a candidate has similar values or would be a good cultural fit before even speaking to them.
Psychometric testing – find out more about what makes a candidate tick or how they work. Do they prefer collaborative working or do they perform better working on their own?
Skills testing – need a candidate who is an Excel wizard? Perhaps you’re looking for someone who can code or maybe even something as simple as typing speed? Test them before taking them on so you know they can do what you’re recruiting them for.
We are always integrating our ATS with new partners so if you’re looking for any other recruitment tools, let us know!
Hire
Now for what it’s all been for… hiring a candidate (or candidates!). You’ve advertised your job to millions, the most suitable candidates have been targeted and now you have a shortlist of potential candidates.
All that’s left to do is interview and hire! Similarly to our advertising options, you simply pay for the campaign meaning you can hire as many candidates as you want at no additional cost – one simple flat fee…
I would recommend Get Staffed any day of the week. I've tried other systems and I have to say this has been the best one both in terms of value for money and results
