Applicant Tracking System FAQ's
We've compiled a list of answers to some common questions relating to our integrated applicant tracking system.
Can I see how the ATS works before using Get Staffed?
Of course, you can either book a demo with one of the team and we can run through it with you or alternatively sign up for an account yourself here and it will include some sample data for you to explore.
How will I know when I have an application?
You will receive an email each time you get an application which will include a link to the candidates profile. If you’d prefer to receive a daily email, or not be notified at all, you can do that too.
How many users can I add to the system?
We don’t limit users so you can add as many as you need to. The owner of the account will be able to choose different user permissions to control what they can see/do. You can also comment and tag users throughout the system.
I don't need an ATS, do we need to use yours?
Not at all, and we’ve built the system with this in mind. If you currently collect applications via a careers page/website or through a different ATS/recruitment system, we can direct candidates straight there, we just need the live URL where you would like candidates to be sent.
Can I just be emailed the CV’s instead of using an ATS?
Yes, this is another option you have. If you would prefer CV’s to be sent to a specific email address, you simply enter this when posting a job and all candidate documents will be sent directly to you. It will mean you miss out on some of our great features though…
