We've compiled a list of answers to some common questions relating to our CV Screening services.
Is the screening just off keywords?
Our AI Assistant has been built using the OpenAI MLM model, the same one that powers ChatGPT. It goes beyond keywords by reading a candidate’s entire CV, it behaves like an experienced Recruitment Consultant matching relevant skills, and experiences vs those listed in the requirements of the job advert.
Will the screening filter out candidates from the wrong locations?
Currently, the screening tool doesn’t look at the candidate’s location, but we do encourage the use of qualifying questions to ask candidates if they are based locally to the job or have the right to work in the UK.
How quickly will a candidate’s CV be screened?
Once a candidate has applied, it usually takes our AI Assistant around 20 seconds to give you an assessment of how suitable they are. Like all good Recruitment Consultants though, it can sometimes take a little longer.
Why aren’t all CVs screened in my account?
We’ve built the feature to only screen candidates who have passed your qualifying questions so you can focus on the best-suited candidates who have applied for your vacancy.
