Where will your jobs be advertised with Get Staffed?
Recruitpedia offered six different packages, starting with a free option that only covered free job boards and their social channels. The mainstream boards you actually wanted cost at least £279.
Get Staffed keeps it simple, three packages. All of them include the major UK job boards from day one.
Recruitpedia didn’t include FindaJob (the government’s own jobs platform) or S1 Jobs in Scotland. Both are included in every Get Staffed package from Core upwards.
Pricing
Recruitpedia’s pricing ranged from a free campaign on basic boards up to a £929 sector-specific package. Their branded option was £579.
Get Staffed has three packages.
Core at £249+VAT. Indeed, Reed, Totaljobs, FindaJob and S1 Jobs in Scotland.
Branded at £299+VAT. Everything in Core plus CV-Library, a targeted CV database search and your company name and logo on the advert. Candidates apply to you, not just to a job.
Branded Pro at £349+VAT. Our most complete package. Everything in Branded plus Guardian Jobs and the Diversity Jobs Group’s nine job boards.
Recruitpedia charged £579 for a branded campaign. Our Branded package is £299. That’s £280 less for comparable coverage, plus an ATS included at no extra cost.
Bulk credits bring the cost down further. Ten Branded credits work out at £259 each. Monthly subscriptions are available for businesses advertising 50+ times a year.
Collecting Applications
This is a bigger difference than the boards or the price.
Recruitpedia’s “My World” platform gave you basic ATS features, some reporting, and the ability to view invoices and buy additional adverts.
Get Staffed includes a full ATS with every package. It’s built around candidate management, not admin.
You pay by the advert not the user, so you can add unlimited users to your account to make hiring collaborative. You can email and text candidates from inside the system, change application statuses so nobody gets missed. All of this is tracked and you can see which user or hiring manager made the changes.
Additional features like qualifying questions, video interviews and AI candidate shortlisting make it easier to identify your best applications quickly, so you spend more time on your best applications.
