But if you also have the role advertised on your website or social media and want to keep the advert consistent, then employer-branded job advertising is definitely for you.

Already have your own ATS or HR/recruitment system? As standard, we give all of our clients access to an Applicant Tracking System to manage applications; however, if you already have something in place, we can easily integrate it with your existing setup. 

As part of this package your job, company name, and most importantly your logo will be displayed on CV Library, Reed, Totaljobs, Jobsite, Monster, and ZipRecruiter.

We do still advertise your vacancy across our full network of job boards even where we aren’t able to brand to ensure you don’t lose out on any coverage meaning your jobs will still be seen on Indeed, LinkedIn, Guardian Jobs, Gumtree, CareerBuilder and hundreds more.

In the unlikely event that you encounter an issue with your job ads, you’ll have access to a dedicated account manager, who you can contact by email or phone at your convenience.

Questions about Branded Job Advertising

Overall we see an 18% increase in applications when our clients use our branded package, however, this varies by brand, industry, and job type.

We will use your logo everywhere we can. On LinkedIn, Indeed, and Gumtree we run semi-branded adverts with just your company name mentioned. Adverts are completely unbranded on FindaJob and Guardian Jobs to keep our packages cost-effective.

The job boards have an SLA of up to 48 hours to create your account, however this is often shorter.

Your vacancies will be advertised on LinkedIn and Indeed under the Get Staffed employer accounts with your company name mentioned. We aren’t able to directly connect to your company pages as we don’t have access to your profiles.
