Do both services use the same job boards?
At the core of any flat fee recruitment service is job board advertising. That’s true for AWD Online and it’s true for us.
We offer three packages. Core at £249 includes Indeed, Reed, the full Totaljobs Group and the leading aggregator network. Branded at £299 adds CV Library and a targeted CV database search. Branded Pro at £349 adds Guardian Jobs, Diversity Jobs Group and FindaJob on top of everything else.
AWD Online covers most of the mainstream boards. What they don’t include is Guardian Jobs, Diversity Jobs Group or FindaJob. If you’re hiring for senior roles, want to reach a more diverse candidate pool, or want your vacancy on the government’s own jobs platform, together those three boards account for 19.3% of our applications.
What does AWD Online charge?
AWD Online’s pricing starts at £224 for basic advertising. Their Branded option, with your logo and company name on the advert, is £549. Their Corporate package is POA.
Get Staffed’s Core package is £249. It includes Reed, FindaJob and S1 jobs in Scotland which AWD Online exclude at their entry price.
The biggest difference is our Branded package is £299. Your logo, your name, across the major UK job boards including CV Library. The same type of campaign AWD Online charge £549 for, saving £250.
If you’re hiring regularly, bulk credits bring the cost down further. 10 Branded credits works out at £259 each.
How are applications managed once candidates apply?
This is the biggest difference.
AWD Online collect CVs on the job boards and send them to you via email, unedited and unformatted.
