At the core of most fixed fee recruiters service, is job board advertising, and here at Get Staffed we’re no different.

Originally having lots of different options to choose from and over-complicating a straightforward service, we’ve streamlined to just 3 packages – essential or enhanced job advertising and then we have a branded advertising option.

We have removed any confusion by being able to offer advertising on ALL of the well-known job boards in the UK. This includes CV Library, Totaljobs, Indeed, Reed to name a few.

Similarly with AWD Online, they advertise across nearly all the job boards you’d want your opportunities seen on. The only noticeable absentee that Get Staffed offer and AWD Online don’t is Guardian Jobs; a really strong board for more senior positions and they have a really good presence across the South East of England.

One of the main advantages of using any flat fee recruitment advertising provider is the cost. With the main aim for most providers being to help businesses advertise their roles and recruit without the traditionally expensive fees that are associated with recruitment.

AWD Online have a variety of different price points, starting at £224 dependent on your vacancy’s salary for basic job advertising, through to branded advertising at £549 and their most expensive ‘Corporate’ package that is POA.

For just £199, our package includes premium boards like Reed compared to AWD Online, charging £224 without offering Reed. Or we charge just £399 for a branded advert saving you £150 per advert in comparison to AWD Online.

Both companies also regularly advertise on a number of sector specific job boards, like CW Jobs for IT and tech roles and for Catering and hospitality roles.

Candidate management

An important part of all recruitment processes is how you receive and manage candidates after they have applied, something most fixed fee recruitment companies offer as part of their service.

AWD Online have two options for this – send CV’s directly to your inbox or alternatively they can redirect candidates to your existing ATS (if you have one) or a careers page/job listing on your website.

Here at Get Staffed we’ve tried to provide our client’s with some of the basic tools featured in big Applicant Tracking Systems like TeamTailor, Workable and GoHire, without the cost or commitment.

This means you can quickly review applications and contact suitable candidates via email or text from within your account.

We have also introduced a number of screening tools to quickly identify the most relevant applicants.
