At the core of most fixed fee recruiters service, is job board advertising, and here at Get Staffed we’re no different.
We’ve created three advertising options – an essentials options, a maximum coverage enhanced package that includes every job board you can think of in the UK, or an employer branded option (exactly the same maximum coverage, just with your logo!).
Recruitpedia have lots more options than most of the flat fee recruitment providers, six in fact. Starting from an option that includes their social media channels and a few free job boards through to a sector specific package.
We also have access to all of the specialist/niche job boards in the UK, like CW Jobs, GAAPweb, CharityJob, Carehome, Day Nurseries and a network of D&I boards too (you can find out more about our D&I network here).
A couple of the job board partners we work with that Recruitpedia don’t include in any of their options are Gumtree and the largest job board in Scotland, S1 Jobs.
Pricing
One of the main advantages of using any flat fee recruitment advertising provider is the cost. With the main aim for most providers being to help businesses advertise their roles and recruit without the traditionally expensive fees that are associated with recruitment.
As explained above, we have an “essentials” advertising option for just £199, then an “enhanced” package for £299 with all the coverage you could ever dream of! Then with the same great coverage, a branded option with your logo for £399!
Recruitpedia’s pricing starts from an impressive free campaign, all the way up to a sector specific £929 package.
For a branded campaign, in comparison to our £399 option their price is £579 (and it’s almost like for like as they are missing two job boards too).
Should you want to advertise on specialist boards, we can create something bespoke for you as opposed to fixing you into a £929 price. All specialist boards are priced slightly differently so we’ll work to get you the additional coverage you’re after, without adding too much on to our cost effective packages.
Candidate management
An important part of all recruitment processes is how you receive and manage candidates after they have applied, something most fixed fee recruitment companies offer as part of their service.
Both Recruitpedia and here at Get Staffed you get access to an online Applicant Tracking System to manage your online recruitment. Recruitpedia’s “My World” gives you basic ATS features including some reporting and the ability to view previous invoices and buy additional adverts.
Our ATS is focused very much on candidate management, and although you can buy credits – we’ve added lots of features focussed on contacting, screening and scoring candidates to make your process as streamlined as possible. We don’t want you spending ages having to export details to email or text candidates when you can do it instantly from the platform.
