At the core of most fixed fee recruiters service, is job board advertising, and here at Get Staffed we’re no different.
Whichever one of Jobheron’s options you look at, there isn’t a huge amount of difference in coverage. Their “Advertiser” option gives you access to 5 premium sites, then their “Managed” or “Hire” packages both give you an extra job board, so 6 in total.
This includes Reed, Totaljobs, Jobsite, Monster and Indeed – the extra one you gain for their top two options is CV Library.
With all our options, even our entry level package, you get all those sites plus Gumtree, Careerbuilder and LinkedIn. That’s 3 extra sites, one of which is the largest job platform in the world!
With both providers, Get Staffed and Jobheron, you will have access to a network of aggregator and free boards regardless of which package you choose. This consists of hundreds of job websites like Adzuna, Google for Jobs and ZipRecruiter.
Pricing
One of the main advantages of using any flat fee recruitment advertising provider is the cost. With the main aim for most providers being to help businesses advertise their roles and recruit without the traditionally expensive fees that are associated with recruitment.
Jobheron’s pricing starts from £499, which is their “Advertiser” product, all the way through to a “Hire” product at £999 with a “Managed” (branded) option in between.
Their top tier “Hire” product is closer to a full agency service including telephone screening, interview arranging etc.
If you’re in the market for a lower cost, recruitment advertising service, our maximum coverage “enhanced” option is just £299 per advert, or you can save even more money and go for our £249 “essentials” package.
We do also then have a branded option, still with access to the 9 major platforms in the UK, for just £399 (still cheaper than Jobheron’s entry price point).
Candidate management
An important part of all recruitment processes is how you receive and manage candidates after they have applied, something most fixed fee recruitment companies offer as part of their service.
Jobheron have a platform employers can login to view applications – one good feature of their system is the ability to quickly filter candidates using keywords (a great way to search for your best candidates!). You do also have the option to redirect to your existing ATS (if you have one) or send CV’s/applications directly to your inbox.
Similarly, we give all of our client’s access to their very own ATS account. We’ve included a few qualifying tools like screening questions and videos to quickly show you who is a good match to your opportunity.
We do also have the option to redirect to your own system/website if you’d prefer.
