Pricing
One of the main advantages of using any flat fee recruitment advertising provider is the cost. With the main aim for most providers being to help businesses advertise their roles and recruit without the traditionally expensive fees that are associated with recruitment.
Our essentials advertising package costs just £249 for one advert, or less if you’re looking to buy multiple credits…
You do also have the option to brand your advert, advertise on a number of specialist/niche boards too if this is of interest. Branded advertising costs £399 and the price of the specialist boards would depend on which ones you’re interested in (it’s worth noting we are able to access these credits for a fraction of the price of going to the boards directly!).
Benchsmart only offer the one product/package at a competitive price of £249 however the option to brand your adverts, or access any of the sector specific/niche boards isn’t available.
Similarly, both us and Benchsmart also quickly offer discounts on multiple credit purchases however if you don’t want to pay for your credits upfront, here at Get Staffed we do have subscription options available.
Candidate management
An important part of all recruitment processes is how you receive and manage candidates after they have applied, something most fixed fee recruitment companies offer as part of their service.
Benchsmart have created their own ATS giving you the ability to view, manage and post jobs along with a careers portal to help link the system to your website.
As well as all of these features, our Applicant Tracking System gives you the ability to email, text and change the status of candidates to ensure nobody is missed. We also give all of our clients their very own ‘Talent Pool’ – a CV database holding information about all candidates that have ever applied for one of your roles, a quick place to look for new candidates before even thinking about advertising a new position.
