Benchsmart advertised their clients vacancies on Totaljobs, Monster, Indeed and Reed. Monster has since stopped trading outside the US.
In Get Staffed’s Core package we post to all of the same major boards Benchsmart did, plus the government’s FindaJob site and if you’re in Scotland we include S1 jobs.
Two upgrade packages let you brand your advert or reach a more diverse audience through Guardian Jobs and the Diversity Jobs Group.

Core at £249+VAT matches Benchsmart’s old entry price. Indeed, Reed, Totaljobs, FindaJob and if you’re in Scotland S1.
Branded at £299+VAT adds CV Library, a targeted CV database search and your company name and logo on the advert. Candidates apply to you, not just to a job.
Branded Pro at £349+VAT is our most complete advertising package where we include Guardian Jobs and theDiversity Jobs Groups 9 job boards on top of everything else.
Bulk credits bring the cost down further. Ten Branded credits work out at £259 each. Monthly subscriptions are available for businesses advertising 50+ times a year.
How are candidates managed?
Like Benchsmart, we have built our own ATS so you can view, post and manage your jobs.
We allow additional users at no extra cost, so you can collaborate easily with your hiring managers.
You can email and text candidates from inside the system, change application statuses so nobody gets missed, and access your own Talent Pool. That’s a CV database of every candidate who has ever applied for one of your roles.
