Filter, resource & shortlist
Once your job is live and we’ve created your own account within our award winning applicant tracking system, we will monitor and filter all of your candidates before marking the best daily. In addition to candidates applying for your role, we will also proactively search over 25 million CV’s that we have access to, helping you create a high quality shortlist ready to interview!
Interview, offer & recruit
Before you start the interview process, your consultant will take the time to discuss progress along with completing a review of your candidate line up. As part of our Agency service, we will re-run your recruitment campaign should you not have enough candidates to consider for your vacancy. Once you’ve started to interview the applicants, you are free to recruit as many people as you like at no additional charge, the upfront fee is all you will ever pay!
