Will it cost me more to take on more than one candidate from my campaign?
There are no hidden costs, what you pay upfront is all you pay! You are entitled to take on as many candidates as you like from your campaign.
Can you explain your ‘guaranteed response’?
As part of our online recruitment packages we guarantee a minimum number of applications – 15 for our Agency Lite and 25 for our Agency package. If this isn’t met, we will approach you to make any recommend changes and re-run the campaign once more for free.
How does the CV Database searching work?
As soon as your recruitment campaign has started your dedicated recruitment consultant will discuss your role in detail before starting an extensive database search based on your requirements. We aim to send at least 10 specifically resourced candidates per vacancy.
Can I include an external link or application form in my advert?
Job boards do not allow the inclusion of external links or forms within the advert content. However if you choose our Branded Advertiser option, we can re-direct candidates to your own website or system instead of applying directly on the job board.
Is payment required in advance to start my recruitment campaign?
We require cleared funds for us to be able to start a recruitment campaign. For regular/bulk customers credit accounts are available.
How can I pay for my package?
We offer three ways to pay for your adverts – complete an online purchase via our website, card payment over the phone or via a bank transfer.
